We are able to be contacted by phone, fax and email. If you are in pain during surgery hours please telephone the practice as soon as possible. If you are in pain outside surgery hours please call the practice and an answer phone message will give you the emergency telephone number.
First appointment You will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire detailing past and present medical conditions and any drugs you may be taking. Make a note of their names and tell us about them when you attend your appointment. Following this initial assessment/ consultation we will be able to provide you with a personalized treatment plan and an estimate of cost. For more complex cases further appointments may be necessary before a treatment plan can be formulated. Once a decision to proceed with treatment has been taken, financial arrangements can then be made to suit. Generally payment is due on the day of treatment and is accepted via cash and most debit or credit cards.
Your appointments We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason and your patience is always appreciated. If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to enable us to make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see somebody who is in pain. There will be a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
